Experience (1992-2010) partially includes:

• In the year 2006-2007, awarded the Project by A.V.V.N.L Ajmer Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd. ( One of three distribution companies of Rajasthan Electricity board ) for setting up of customer care center at 200+ locations for 3 years.
• In the year 2004, awarded the Project from Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation (RSRTC) for setting up Computerized Ticket Booking Windows at Bus Depots. The Company also developed the requisite software. Project duration was 2 years.
• In the year 2004, ventured into Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) work, involving Data Scanning & Data conversion on 500 computer seats located in Noida. The major client was TECH-BOOKS, New Delhi. Also executed document scanning projects like Extenza, XMLfor E-publishing, Pdf Creation using In-design, Styling, Math Equations etc., from renowned corporate house Macmillan India Pvt Ltd.
• In the year 2003, Awarded ICT project in government schools of Rajasthan which included setting up of IT infrastructure and computer teacher appointment in 800+ schools, for 6 years.
• In the year 1996-2002, appointed as master franchisee of Aptech limited. for all 3 divisions including Arena multimedia and Apex institute of Sales & Marketing. Have run various certificate and diploma courses in computer software, multimedia software, sales and marketing.
• J.K Synthetics Ltd. (1992 -96)
  Worked as assistant engineer looking after new product development and customer technical services. Developed flame-retardant cotton fabric in Sir Padampat Singhania research centre, Kota.

Entrepreneurial Experience (2010-2020) partially includes:

1. Conduct of baseline survey of appx 1.5 cr rural households under Jal Jeevan Mission ( JJM ). 5000+ surveyors/ enumerators were appointed on contractual terms. Similar database collection census projects under NPR/ SECC/RGI for appx 10+ Cr population successfully delivered and payment realised from the Clients.
2. Setting up of large scale digital network of WiFi routers across India to provide free broadband to citizens and utilizing the platform for Data analytics(work in progress). 3. Setting up the companies/Start up for creating impact on the lives of rural people and farmers. Farmguide is the only start up in India which is impacting every stakeholder in farming ecosystem. It has the Adhaar validated database of 4.2+ Cr farmers at present. It's also credited for creating PMFBY portal/ ISS portal for issuance of online crop insurance policies to the farmers.
4. Setting up of a start up in the field of religious travel and experiential tourism specially in Chardham yatra circuit. Only start up which talks about and deal with tourist safety and disaster management of 30+ lacs tourists in every season. It involves the use of massive IT/ GPS infrastructure and manpower. 6. Setting up of the company which is proud to be associated with massive government programs like Aadhar enrollment, Socio-economic caste census, DELP/ULALA under EESL and other citizen centric initiatives, in 15+ States of India. Aggregated volume of businesses over the years is appx INR 1000+ cr.
7. Mentoring the team of professors/doctorates for research and development in the domain of cognitive science, psychology, artificial intelligence to design tools and customized technology based solutions. It's unique research for honing up key cognitive attributes of the Children which would govern and enhance their academic & professional performance and social behaviour.

The initial scope of the services being delivered by the company is as follows:

• To develop a digital platform for cognitive assessment, training, and academic assessment which will be executed on web-based and mobile platforms. With the use of artificial intelligence and machine learning technology, digital platform will map academic efficiency with the cognitive capacity of school-going students across different domains such as attention, perception, memory, amongst 16+ cognitive attributes.
• To develop a digital platform for Customer where the registered/enrolled individual will be administered a battery of cognitive tasks with various difficulty levels, such difficulty levels will be determined by the management based on variables like age, level of schooling of the student etc. The task administered will be user friendly and easy to understand with proper instructions and demonstrations. Thereafter, a report will be generated which will quantify and evaluate the performance of student.
• Based on the baseline performance of the targeted population on the cognitive tasks, the artificial intelligence system will recommend further levels of training to enhance specific cognitive functions required to be achieved for the purpose of academic excellence. This process will be available for all stakeholders i.e., schools, parents, teachers etc. to understand and evaluate the academic/cognitive performance.
